Lot 42:
A pair of M.H. Herrin (American, b. 1897) pastel on paper seascapes one titled ‘Faraglione Capri’ and the other ‘Capri, West Italy, Bay of Naples’ depicting views of Capri Island in Italy. ‘Faraglione Capri’ signed lower right and titled lower left; ‘Capri, West Italy, Bay of Naples’ signed and titled lower left. Both unframed.
Condition: Fair condition having wear commensurate with age, minor smudging throughout, and a stain to the ‘Bay of Naples’ upper left.
