We allow 20 business days to pick-up your item(s) without storage fees. After 20 days, your items begin incurring a $10 per lot/per day storage fee. After 30 days, items are forfeited and no refunds will be given – no exceptions. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for your item to ship after payment is received.
SHIPPING
We do not require buyers to have an appointment upon pick up. You are welcome to come by anytime Monday – Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. If you call in advance, we will happily prepare your items for pickup so they are ready when you arrive.

Atlanta Auction Gallery offers in house shipping on all items that can be shipped UPS & USPS. We also occasionally offer white glove shipping to certain areas. We will contact you directly if we have a trip planned for your route.
PICK UP
We now require buyers to have an appointment upon pick up. You are welcome to schedule anytime Tuesday – Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm. Monday-Saturday appointments are offered only when staff are available.
